Sri Konka Chandra Sekhara Rao
We take immense pride in introducing Mr. Konka Chandra Sekhara Rao as the Chairman of IDPS, Singarayakonda. With a stellar track record of accomplishments, Mr. Rao brings a wealth of experience and vision to our educational institution. A qualified Chartered Accountant by profession, Mr. Rao embarked on his journey in education by establishing the Professional Academy named "CMS For CA" in 2003.
Under his astute leadership, CMS Junior College was established in Hyderabad, which has since expanded to eight branches, catering to approximately 5000 students. Mr. Rao also founded CMS Degree College and Sri Uma Degree College in Hyderabad, serving around 2000 students collectively.
Not content with his achievements in urban areas alone, Mr. Rao extended his educational initiatives to his native town by establishing Sri Samskrithi School at Kandukur. With approximately 1500 students, this school embodies Mr. Rao's dedication to bringing quality education to underserved communities.
Now, with the establishment of IDPS Singarayakonda, Mr. Rao's vision for providing world-class education reaches new heights. His leadership, foresight, and unwavering commitment to educational excellence will undoubtedly propel IDPS Singarayakonda to become a beacon of learning, innovation, and opportunity for the students of Prakasham District and beyond.
Dr. Perumallu Malineni
Dr. Perumallu began his academic journey by obtaining his BDS from Bangalore, laying the foundation for a career dedicated to educational excellence and community development. As the Chairman, Dr. Perumallu established the esteemed Malineni Lakshmaiah Group of Colleges in Guntur and Singarayakonda.
These institutions, comprising Engineering, Pharmacy, MBA, and MCA colleges, are renowned for providing quality education and employment opportunities to rural community students, thus transforming lives and fostering socio-economic growth in the region.
A notable achievement under Dr. Perumallu's leadership is the Malineni Laxmaiah Women's Engineering College, an autonomous institute accredited by NBA and NAAC A+ grade for 10 consecutive years. This accreditation underscores Dr. Perumallu's unwavering commitment to academic excellence and student-centric learning.
In addition to his contributions to education, Dr. Perumallu is actively involved in community service initiatives. He has served as an active member of the Rotary Club of Guntur Centennial, where his dedication and leadership earned him the role of Assistant Governor for the club in 2024-25. Moreover, he served as the President of the club in 2021-22, exemplifying his commitment to making a positive impact on society.
Dr. Rambabu Paladugu
We're thrilled to introduce Dr. Rambabu Paladugu as a Director of IDPS Singarayakonda, an eminent figure with a remarkable blend of medical expertise and educational leadership. Dr. Rambabu began his journey in the medical field by earning his MBBS from Guntur Medical College in 2004. His dedication to serving communities led him to practice as a doctor from 2004 to 2009, where he impacted countless lives through his compassionate care.
In 2009, Dr. Rambabu ventured into the realm of education by establishing LA EXCELLENCE IAS Academy in Hyderabad and Bangalore. This prestigious academy quickly gained recognition for its exceptional coaching programs for Civil Services Examinations, with approximately 800 officers selected in UPSC and other competitive exams under his guidance.
Recognizing the importance of quality study materials, Dr. Rambabu established LA EXCELLENCE Publications in 2019, further solidifying his commitment to supporting aspiring civil servants in their journey towards excellence.
In 2020, Dr. Rambabu diversified his interests by co-founding Saradamma Farm Fresh Pvt Ltd, a pioneering prawn culture project aimed at sustainable agriculture and economic development. Additionally, Dr. Rambabu serves as the Founder Director of Naipunya Academy for Excellence Pvt Ltd, spearheading various skill development programs in the government sector.
Sri Ravikanth Ch
We are delighted to introduce Mr. Ravikant Ch as the Academic Advisor for IDPS Singarayakonda. With an illustrious career spanning over three decades, Ravikant brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our educational institution. His academic journey is marked by distinguished achievements, including M.Sc., M.Phil, M.Ed., and MBA degrees from esteemed institutions such as NIT, Warangal and JNTU, Hyderabad.
Ravikant's professional trajectory encompasses diverse roles, from lecturer and teacher in various institutions across Hyderabad to principalships at prestigious institutions like MNR College and Gauthami Institutions. His leadership as the Academic Director at Gauthami Institutions further underscores his dedication to fostering a culture of academic excellence and innovation.
Moreover, Ravikant's entrepreneurial spirit is evident in his roles as Founder Secretary and Principal of Pioneers School, Founder Director of Paradrop Technologies Pvt Ltd and Pioneers Foundation, and Founder CEO of Pinnacle in Hydernagar. These ventures highlight his visionary approach to education, integrating cutting-edge technology and business acumen to redefine educational paradigms.
